Orders and Payment
- We do not withdraw the sum of your purchase prior to the shipment of your goods. We accept all major credit- and debitcards as well as paypal transfers.
- At the purchase of some orders, there will be an additional shipping expense. This amount will always be clearly stated in the process of check-out and followingly visible on your bill of purchase. We will always ask for your consent before proceeding an order which includes a shipping fee. - Shipping expenses may vary according to the country of destination. - Pick-up at our warehouse is by appointment exclusively. Contact us now to schedule a rendez-vous! - Delivery time is generally between 2-7 working days in all of EU. This is an estimate only, that we do not guarantee. Delivery time can be longer outside Europe or by purchase of "out of stock" items.
Guarantees & Returns
At Topskate, we sell good experiences, not just equipment. Therefore, we gladly accept all items purchased within the last 2 weeks. Notice that returned goods must be in same conditions as when received. In compliance with the EU regulations, we repair, refund or replace all faulty goods bought within 2 years. Returns must be shipped to our warehouse address: Blytækkervej 6, 1.8. 2400 København NV, Denmark. Please notify us about your return in the "contact us" session.
